Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes your purchase might not end up being the right fit for you and your home, which is why we pride ourselves on offering change of mind returns for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Four Seasons may offer you either an exchange or refund if the following criteria is met. We reserve the right to refuse any return of a product for change of mind if you have not complied with the requirements set out below

  • You have a valid Four Seasons Tax Invoice.
  • The refund or exchange is sought within 30 days of order placement.
  • The product(s) are in original undamaged packaging. This includes all instruction manuals and accessories. Product(s) must not have been installed, plugged in, tested, or used in any way.
  • The product(s) have not been installed, used, or altered in any way.
  • The product(s) will need to be returned to us, and any cost associated with returning the goods will be at your expense.

Please keep in mind that any refund that may be given will have the original shipping and insurance costs of the item(s) deducted from the refundable amount. While we do offer a promotion of free shipping on orders over $199, we still incur a shipping fee from our freight company (we just don’t pass this onto you due to the promotion). We will advise you of this fee when you lodge a return request. Following this, the shipping fee will be deducted from the final refund.

All refunds will be provided back to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the product (bank processing times may vary). Any third-party costs, such as credit card surcharges are non-refundable.

Exchanges for another product is subject to availability and can not be guaranteed due to changing stock levels.
