We use Australia post to ship our orders and aim to dispatch all orders within a 24 hour time frame. Orders are sent from our warehouse in Ingleburn NSW. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information.

To ensure your goods arrive safe, all packages are sent with a tracking number for added security. For Australia post shipments, a signature must be provided at the time of delivery. In the event, that there is no one at the premises, a calling card will be left by the driver. You will then have the option to collect your delivery from your local pickup point. You will be notified by Australia post as to when you can expect your delivery to arrive.

Delivery time frames will differ depending on where you live. However in most instances deliveries will be delivered within 10 business days. This may be longer if you are in a remote location.

Approximate delivery time frames for major metro areas are as follows.
Sydney Metro – approximately 2 business days
Melbourne Metro – approximately 2-3 business days
Adelaide Metro – approximately 2-4 business days
Brisbane Metro – approximately 2-3 business days
Perth Metro – approximately 5-10 business days
