Faulty Products and Warranties

In addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law, all our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. We have a dedicated warranty team that will assist you with all warranty-related matters. 

For licensed electrical installers, our team is available to provide support and guidance on any aspects of installation where assistance may be required.

Ceiling Fan Warranty – In-Home Service

Our ceiling fans are covered by an in-home warranty. If a fault is identified, our warranty team will organise for a licensed electrical service agent to attend your premises. They will bring any necessary replacement parts—or a complete replacement fan—and test and replace the faulty product on the spot. This means you won’t incur any out-of-pocket expenses if the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault. 

We always troubleshoot issues first. If a service call is arranged and it is later determined that the fault was not due to a manufacturing defect, any service fees, freight costs, and product charges will be the customer’s responsibility. 

Please note: we will request a copy of the installation receipt and/or a certificate of currency. All hard-wired electrical products must, by law, be installed by a licensed electrician. This requirement is part of our duty of care to our service agents and is necessary for any warranty claim. 

Important Notices: 

If you believe your ceiling fan is faulty after installation, do not remove the fan. Contact us immediately. If the electrician is still on-site, please ask them to call our warranty line for troubleshooting assistance. The contact number is located in the installation manual inside the product box. 

By law, all hard-wired electrical products must be installed by a licensed electrical contractor. Failure to comply with this requirement will void your warranty. 

Any repair, alteration, or tampering with the product without prior approval from Four Seasons will void the warranty. 

The warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect installation 
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Damage resulting from power fluctuations
