Delivery Of Orders
Upon the receipt of your order please check your items (using the information on the box where possible) against your shipping document to ensure there are no missing or incorrect items. If you are unsure about an item, please contact us.
If you have a missing, incorrect or broken item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, so that we can rectify the issue by organising a replacement product to be sent. We do not issue refunds for missing or incorrect items. Missing and damaged items will be rectified with a replacement only. Where applicable at our discretion we will organise to ship incorrect or damaged products back to us at our expense.
Important – Once a product has been installed, we consider the customer has accepted the product as being the correct product. We will therefore be unable to exchange or replace the item at our cost. We will however, always work with you to resolve any issues that may arise.
